Let me introduce myself, my name is Kate Conway, and here's a little bit about me...

My passion for health first began while living in Melbourne, Australia. I had self-diagnosed IBS, and was your typical party girl, living for nights out trying every fad diet that came my way.

I knew I needed to make changes so I started going to a personal trainer, that was the point where everything changed for me. 

I  moved to New Zealand where my love for physical fitness grew,  I began to feel the benefits of my lifestyle changes. Because of this, I started to change the food that I ate, I felt better everyday, and that's when I knew I would never go back to my old habits.

As I started to feel the benefits of my dietary changes and regular physical activity, I just couldn’t BELIEVE how good I felt. This overall feeling of wellness and good health prompted me to start doing my own research into how I could further support my body.

 My interest in nutrition blossomed from there,  so I decided that I wanted to show others how it is possible to go from dragging yourself through the day with crippling symptoms, to feeling energised and pain free.
I moved home to Ireland and went to study at The Institute of Health Sciences in Dublin. I qualified after 3 and a half years, and Live More Nutrition was born.

 

I now guide people to live the lives they deserve by eating the right foods that nourish their bodies while discovering the root causes of their symptoms. The solution is there and I'm here to help you find it.
